24 Ways To Prevent And Delay The Signs Of Aging

When it comes to aging skin symptoms such as fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots, prevention is key. It is never too early or too late to take preventative actions to help prevent or delay aging of the skin. Here are 24 anti-aging tips for people of any age:

  1. Minimize stress: Stress is a result of the body’s dealing with high-pressure situations and is scientifically proven to cause aging. In order to minimize stress, practice using healthy coping mechanisms such as yoga, meditation, and exercise.
  2. Eat plenty of vegetables: Cellular aging involves oxidative damage which stems from toxins in the body. Most vegetables are high in antioxidants that can help protect skin cells from oxidative stress.
